We build the tools EV owners actually need.
From choosing the right EV to charging it for less, we build tools for every step.
Five apps. One rule: work for the owner, not the industry.
Why five apps
Nobody meets the whole journey at once. You meet one question at a time.
An EV is a decade of small decisions, and the industry answers the profitable ones. We built one honest tool per question instead. Together they cover the journey. Alone, each one earns its place.
The money and the battery. The two questions that decide whether an EV is a good idea for you, answered before anyone commissioned is in the room.
The apps
One app per problem. No bundles, no upsells between them.
Start with the one that answers your question today. The rest will be there when the journey brings you to them.
Buying: used EV due diligence

Optimising: home charging
Prince Lightning

Four of the five are still in build and not yet public. We would rather say so than hand you a broken link.
Who we are
Empty vessels, on purpose.
The name comes from the story of Elisha and the widow: she gathered empty vessels in faith, and every one of them was filled with oil. For us it means readiness. Make room, bring what you have, and build tools that can be filled with real value.
We rescue people from uncertainty. Most EV questions are really one question: am I about to get this wrong? We exist for that moment.
We make complex things simple. Tariffs, batteries, lease maths. You get a number, a reason, and a next step.
We are bold but never misleading. Big claims, footnoted. If a figure is an estimate, it says so in the same breath.
We give extreme value. If a free answer exists, we give it free. Paying should feel obvious, never squeezed.
We show love and kindness. Copy written like you are a person. Because you are.
We have fun at work. You can tell when software was miserable to make. Ours was not.
Nothing is impossible. Five apps into the journey, we believe it.
A small team, made in Melbourne, building for anywhere.
For partners
We are in the room when your customer decides.
Every Empty Vessels app sits at a decision moment in the EV journey. If your business lives on those moments too, we should talk about lead flow, co-marketing, or white label.
Novated lease and fleet providers
We meet drivers while they are doing the lease maths, before anyone has pitched them.
EV retailers and car dealerships
Used EV buyers arrive at your lot with the battery question. We turn it into a yes.
Energy retailers
We talk to households at the exact moment they decide their current plan is wrong.

For investors and press
The thesis fits in one line.
EV adoption is a decade of first-time questions, and nobody owns the answers. We build one honest tool per question, on the owner’s side of the table.
Five consumer apps, one brand system, built and shipped by a deliberately small team. If you want the longer version, ask the person who built it.
